The food tour starts with a traditional Italian breakfast: caffè and cornetto “al banco”. After intense shot of coffee that will wake you up, we’re off to the most famous food market of Rome at Campo de’ Fiori. Here you’ll learn why it’s important to eat seasonal and you’ll discover some peculiar local fruits and veggies.

Next stop is at a delicacies shop where you’ll taste some of the most famous cheeses and cold cuts of Italy. Surrounded by aromatic Parma ham and parmesan wheels you’ll learn about the process of making cheese.

Our food tour also includes a picturesque stroll through the charming neighborhood of Trastevere which literally means accross the Tiber. In fact in Ancient times it was the only neighborhood that existed on the right bank of the river. Its narrow streets sided with small tables of the roman trattorias are the perfect background for your unique vacation photos.

Here in a trendy restaurant you’ll taste a classical pasta dishs, cooked perfectly “al dente” and you’ll join an exciting olive oil tasting where you’ll learn what extra virgin olive oil means and how many incredible varieties of olives are grown in Italy.
